We’re pleased to be working with Rugby Portobello Trust, giving books for their school for children not in mainstream education.
The Rugby Portobello Trust provides children in deprived areas with a fantastic range of facilities, skills, activities and guidance to help build local communities.
Headteacher of Walmer Road School said: “Please accept our thanks and gratitude from myself, my staff and students for the kind donation of books to our school.
We rely on the goodwill and support from organisations like yourselves to enable us to help young people re-engage with school and build positive futures for themselves.
The books you donated have enabled us to support and improve the quality of teaching and learning in our AQA Business Studies class. Other books will be used in our literacy drive to encourage our students to read more and so improve their development in GCSE English.”
